Are you emotionally competent in society?
Last June, Stephanie has been trained by one of the two key PD Dr. from the Swiss Center for Affective Sciences of the University of Geneva. She’s now certified to use their instrument: GeCo (Geneva Emotional Competence Test) to assess EQ in the context of work activities. She’ll drive us through what EI ability really means and how we can all train our emotional competences.
