We will be pleased to have a presentation by Mr. Xavier Righetti, founder of the microbrewery l'Apaisée. Mr. Righetti founded l'Apaisée upon returning to Geneva from a trip to Quebec. His microbrewery uses only organic ingredients whenever possible to produce original beers, brewed with the utmost care.
We will also have a presentation of the incubator which our Club helped fund at our 2017 Gala; engineers Matthieu Gani and Guillaume Verez will show us the final product developed by the EssentialTech team of EPFL.
