Born in London in 1966, Laura moved to Switzerland in 1969.She created Paint a Smile in 2000 and lives in Founex with her 2 daughters.



Since 2000, Paint a Smile is dedicated to creating and offering permanent colourful therapeutic environments to children’s hospitals, nursing homes and specialized institutions worldwide. Projects are funded solely through private and corporate donations. They are developed in collaboration with our teams of trained artists and the medical staff of each ward, based on their very specific needs and difficulties, expectations and cultures. Caran d’Ache is Paint a Smile’s worldwide partner.



To date, 195 projects are complete in 18 countries worldwide.



Paint a Smile’s goal: 2020 = 200 projects in 200 countries for our 20th anniversary.

Tom has always been passioned by computer science. Still, he decided to go for business studies instead of engineering. Recently graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen. During his studies, he founded Sharing Solutions with a friend as they noticed how difficult it was to find simple information on the campus.



Sharing Solutions aims to redefine campus communication and interactions. The company provides educational institutions with a suite of tools to enhance communication, improve access to information and build a strong student community.
